SHKIRAT LY GOVT REVIEW

Libya, the Serraj ghost and the third attack in 10 months
The dilemma of the West: to sacrifice the prime minister escaped the coup, it cannot; continue to support it, it is risky. The solution might be to review the agreements Shkirat
Reviewing Shkirat. It is not the title of a nostalgic song: it is what the Libyan disaster is forcing the international community. Because the agreements in 2015 that led to the birth of the architect Serraj Government, signed by the UN in the Moroccan city of Shkirat, have become wrinkled. It matters little whether a former prime minister who nothing has proof (for the third time in eleven months!) To take back the chair of a prime minister who has never counted anything.
Nor to occupy the corridors of power where everything is - guardians sleepy, empty offices, computers disconnected - unless the power. Coup or no coup, emphasized or minimized, the boy from Tripoli chaos cares less for what could combine Ghwell and for what, once again, failed to Serraj: hold together a country that has four self-appointed governors - the architect and Islamist Ghwell in Tripoli, the general Haftar in Cyrenaica, the caliph Al Baghdadi who knows where - and no real government. For a coup, you would first have a state. But this "board of frigate" chaired by Serraj - so they call derogatory opponents: a council of ministers sworn seaside naval base in Abu Sita, the only piece of Libya that the UN can control - is a rafter floating . What to do? Keep it there, more and more complicated: they understand the UN system sent Kobler, Europeans, deep down even the Italians, who have called you. The mild premier has limited autonomy.
A guarantee and along with ballasting his government he has so far been the vice Maitiq Ahmed, a 45 year old misuratino , Friend of the best armed militias in the country and therefore archenemy Haftar. The coup leaders aspiring demanding the ouster of the architect and even a process, Parliament of Tobruk drone by Generalissimo considers him a traitor "too friendly with the Italians", but also among the (few) there are those who would like to revise his as president , preferring a triumvirate that best represents the coalition of national unity. The blitz Ghwell surprised Serraj in Cairo, while looking for a last minute mediation with Egyptian and Russian patrons of his rival Haftar: it was a possible deal with the general, and the fear of such crushed evenings, trigger action gl 'coup Islamists? The UN in Libya is not there, nor the EU, the Americans and the Russians latitano press.
The dilemma is well above Italian: sacrifice now a Serraj escaped the coup, he can not; continue to support it, it is risky . Reviewing Shkirat, here. And in the absence of better, make new rules to this temporary (give to this bad govt new rules and another 6 months). On Wednesday in Tunis, everyone gathers for the "inter-Libyan dialogue", on the agenda there is the usual urgency to understand: how to embark Haftar without sinking, as you float with the king rafter.
