The Libyan capital, Tripoli, is living an unprecedented state of violence and insecurity. The level of crime has increased and we cannot count the number of crimes committed by armed men against the state symbols like the civilians. On Wednesday, the civil registry office in Tripoli Municipality was closed. An armed attack was targeted on Tuesday. Its director was killed and several injured employees. They were all present at the workplace during the attack.
